The rooms are very clean and well setup. The floors are tile, not carpet, which keeps it clean, which is great. Very comfortable bed, and the air conditioner works great. Big fridge and cooking facilities, which is great. The rooftop patio area is fantastic and nice place to have breakfast and/or hang out in the evening to have a beer.
