Casa de Balangan Beach is a extraordinary property withing the Balangan Beach area. the villa has a exclusive design, provides a welcoming ambience for the best experience in Balangan and Bali. Located 30 minutes from Bali Airport it has the beach, restaurants and bars at walking distance. The New Kuta Golf is 10 minutes drive. The shopping areas of Kuta, Legian and Seminyak are a short driving distance. Casa de Balangan Beach has 4 beautiful suites, in 3 floors, with view to the ocean or to the tropical garden. All the bathrooms have terrazo bath tube, shower and a modern bali design. The living room has a direct swimming pool view and the manicured garden. The kitchen is top end with built in microwave, oven, fridge, marble countertops, etc. In the garden, the pool is made of natural green stone, has a built barbecue, exterior pavilion and mature garden. The top of the building is a terrace with full sea view to the ocean, with a impressive sunset show.

Balangan Beach is a well known destination for surf, parties, sand and beach and restaurants aficionados. But from there you can practice golf in one of the best golf course of Indonesia and Asia. You can visit the monuments, spots, sightseeing and architecture beauties of Bali, like Ulluwatu Temple and Jimbaran beach, the fish market, Ayana and the Rock bar, Nusa Dua National Golf Course. The shopping areas of Kuta are just short driving distance, with Kuta Beach Walk, Lippo Mall, Matahari Shopping Mall, etc. The location is peaceful and save, far from other crowded areas.
