I'm Indonesian and living in Belgium for 12 years now but I am still frequently in Indonesia. the managing host in Bali is Gus Puja, born Balinese and living in the neighbourhood he will take care of the guests with checking in and checking out and is always available to assist or to give answers on your questions or requests

Property information

Recently build boho style condo with 2 luxrury bedrooms, a large balcony with pool and sea views, shared pool 20X10 m with its own pool bar. the apartment is surrounded by many restaurants, cafe , day spas, and shops and still you have a lot of privacy. Being so close to the beach, you will wake up with the soothing sounds of the waves. they are great for surfing and there are many places for surf lessons and to rent boards. in the afternoon/evening, you may hear the music from the famous beach bar of "La Planca" a little. they usually stop between 09:30-10:30PM. The location is only 9km from the international airport and very close to all the well known beaches.

Neighbourhood information

The property is located in the centre of Seminyak and like already mentioned very close to the beach, restaurants, café's, spa, shops ... you also can easily experience different water sports in around walking distance. From the property you can make easily excursions to all the famous places in Bali.
