Welcome to our charming ground floor apartment, boasting a spacious 84 m² layout that includes 2 bedrooms and a living room, perfect for your stay. Guests will have access to 2 full bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower, ensuring a comfortable and convenient stay. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, ideal for enjoying meals together. Additionally, the convenience of a private garage beneath the apartment means your beloved vehicle will be safely housed. From both the kitchen and living room, you can step out onto a terrace, leading into the garden for a serene retreat.
My name is György Győri (in English: George), a 53-year-old finance professional. My spouse, two children, and I lived in this peaceful, quiet apartment. Unfortunately, as we outgrew it, we had to move. However, it became so dear to our hearts that we decided to keep it and offer it for rent. We hope it becomes as beloved to you as it was to us, ensuring a pleasant time spent here.
This ground floor apartment is located on the Buda side of Budapest, in the northern part of the Római part, nestled directly on the banks of the Danube. A short 50-meter walk through the back gate takes you directly to the river's edge. Here lies the EURO6 bicycle route, providing quick access to the Danube Bend. From May 1 to the beginning of autumn, Pünkösdfürdő is open, offering refreshment for families with children during the hot summer months. In cooler weather, the warm waters of the Leányfalu beach are about a 20-minute drive away. For those who enjoy sports, a tennis court is available about 20 meters away. The property offers 2 bicycles (one for women and one for men) for guests' use. Golf enthusiasts can visit the Continental Citygolf Club, about 10 km away, featuring a 9-hole course and the option to request a PGA coach. The area boasts several restaurants serving delicious meals, and a large shopping center is just a 5-minute drive away. The M0 motorway is easily accessible, providing connections to all other highways. For guests attending the Formula 1 Hungarian Grand Prix or the Sziget Festival, this accommodation offers an ideal location due to its quick access to both venues.
