This beautiful cottage, built in the early 19th century, has been converted into a beautiful Villa with a swimming pool, located in the middle of the Kaštela field famous for its vineyards. Villa offers you complete privacy, with a fully fenced 1200 square meters land lot with large garden and the vineyard. Each bedroom has its own private entrance and AC . Enjoy warm summer evenings on the large terrace and the garden with barbecue or take a swim at your own private pool. IMPORTANT INFO. : WE ARE ONLY BOOKABLE ON WEEKLY( MIN. 7 NIGHTS SAT-SAT) BASIS, CHECK IN/CHECK OUT DAY : SATURDAY ONLY. For parties or events a security deposit of 500 EUR needs to be provided.
Dear guests ,we don't live on the property, so you will have full privacy for duration of your stay, but we will welcome you and help you get settle in. We will always be available for you on our cell phone and on WhatsApp/Viber if you need to contact us for duration of your stay.

Villa Kućica is located in Kaštela fields famous for its vineyards and wine(Zinfandel wine actually originated from Kaštela vineyards). Villa Kućica is in walking distance to town center of Kaštel Lukšić and the beach. At a distance of several kilometers are Trogir and Split, with their beautiful historic centers, as well as airport and marinas.
