Our peaceful and exclusive seaside apartments offer a private beach, sunbathing platform and direct sea access,Villa Adriatica offers utter elegance. In the villa there are 7 apartments available for our guests. It is an ideal place to relax, away from the city hustle and bustle of modern life. If you love fresh air, clear blue sea and quiet beaches then you're in the right place. The beach has natural shade and is equipped with deck chairs. Apartment has a beautiful terrace overlooking the sea. Keep in mind since the Villa is located on a secluded location right on the Adriatic sea, there are 90 stairs from parking lot to the Villa. Maybe a bit challenging for the elders but it's definitely worth it once you see the view :)

Neighborhood in Stanići is peaceful and family oriented. It is really safe and clean. Right next to the house (120m) you have two restaurants, pizzeria, supermarket and a coffee shop.
