Town House Rosario is a newly renovated stone house in the center of Stari Grad on Hvar island. It offers 4 deluxe rooms and a one-bedroom apartment. All units feature free WiFi, air-conditioning and smart TVs. Shared terrace is available to guests. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, while the rooms share a kitchenette on the ground floor, equipped with a fridge, a microwave, water kettle, toaster and an ice machine. Each room comes equipped with a boiler providing 50 litres of hot water per hour and eco smart showers. All guests have 20% discount at the in-house spa facility. Cold water and fruits are offered as a welcome gift for all guests. Free private parking is available to all guests. Optional breakfast if offered at a nearby restaurant, from June 1st to September 30th, with a surcharge.
