Studio apartment Iva is located in the center of Crikvenica, Croatia just 5 minutes walk to the Balustrada beach and main city harbor, and ten minutes walk to the main city sandy beach. In a few minutes you are in the center of the all happenings. There is a promenade with a plenty of bars, restaurants, pastry shops and stores. The bus station is about five minutes on foot. You will not need a car as much here unless you want to go somewhere on a trip out of town. You can park your car in front of the house. Studio apartment has large bed for two, balcony with a sea view, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, large LCD TV.
