Split Old Town Suites is located in the Marmontova street, the main shopping street in the heart of the historic part of town. It is a just a minute walk from the bus and train station, ferry port, Riva, Diocletian palace, a roman palace built in 4th century by a Roman emperor Diocletian, and the other main attractions of the historic part of Split.Three luxury rooms are situated within a historic building of the bourgeois family Karaman, the pioneers of film art in Split. The building dates from 19st. The rooms are completely reconstructed in 2011. Each room is fully equipped with king sized bed, sofa, mini kitchen(dishes, refrigerator, microwave, kettle and toaster), coffee table, and has its own bathroom(toilet paper, hand soap, hair dryer and towels). Guests have at the service of free wireless internet, satellite TV and air conditioning. Riva, a seaside promenade with various shops, restaurants and cafés, is in the immediate vicinity. Marjan Park-Forest is at a distance of 600 metres. The popular sandy Bačvice Beach is 1 km away. Split Ferry Port, Bus Station and Train Station are all within a 700-metre reach. Split International Airport is at a distance of 23 km.
