Newly renovated apartment in a house over 100 years old, built in the traditionally civil style of the coastal cities. In front of the house is a large terrace covered with pergola and decorated with various flowers and Mediterranean plants. Behind the house is a garden, lawn and parking for more cars. . The whole space is air conditioned and soundproofed. In front of the apartment is a covered outdoor terrace. We have two dogs and cat. They love people :)

In front of the apartment is a covered outdoor terrace. The beach is visible from the yard and is about 50 meters away. You can choose from five beaches in a row from Borik, Pical, Luna, Spadic and Materada, all of which are beautifully decorated and with lots of facilities for children. Our street, 50-100 meters away, has a restaurant, cafe, fish market, fruit shop, wine shop,hair salon, bakery and butcher shop(meat shop), while a big supermarket is less than 500 meters away. In the city center Poreč you are within a 10-minute walk by the sea.
