Villa Mar directly on the beach - from the bedroom to the jump into the clear sea is not even 10 meters! Exclusive Villa Mar is a true pearl among vacation objects in the area of ​​Privlaka. Not far from the villa there are the cities of Nin and Zadar where guests can get everything they need. The wonderful decoration of the villa gives the impression of a warm and cozy home that can accommodate up to eight guests. The villa with an area of ​​150 m2 contains three elegantly designed bedrooms along with four equipped bathrooms. From the bedrooms, you can enter to the spacious upstairs balcony and enjoy the morning, fresh air. Spacious bright living room natural light, a dining room, and a modern kitchen make this villa an ideal choice for a perfect vacation. The living room leads to a covered terrace, which is an ideal place for enjoying delicious meals or hanging out on comfortable outdoor furniture. A courtyard with a small green garden and lush trees provides guests with complete privacy and shade. Guests can relax on the sunbeds with cocktails under the umbrella, while they will enjoy the jacuzzi and watch enchanting sunsets. From the terrace, you can directly reach the beach and jump into the clear sea, and if the sea is too cold, guests can use the heated large swimming pool filled with seawater. Villa Mar is especially beautiful at night when the clear sky is full of stars and the outside is pleasant lighting completes the overall impression. The owners of the villa have devoted themselves to every detail, so the villa is equipped with modern appliances such as a coffee machine and air conditioning, TV with cable programs, and wi-fi networks. Guests are provided with free, private parking for their cars.
