What a perfect hidden gem. We could not fault any part of our stay here, we wish we'd stayed longer. Beautiful fresh food, breathtaking scenery and crystal clear water. The hospitality was second to none.

Apartments Lampalo is possibly the very best in Croatia! I have stayed in many Croatian apartments and hotels but the welcome and kindness of the hosts is exceptional. The location is wonderful with a large terrace overlooking Okuklje bay. There is an excellent well priced restaurant on site and nothing is too much trouble for the kind family who run Lampalo. This was my second visit and I look forward to returning next year to this very special place. I highly recommend.

Outstanding location in the beautiful little village of Okuklje in a comfortable spacious apartment with a stunning view. The hosts were wonderful accommodating our dietary needs at breakfast and for dinner of traditional Croatian food cooked in the outdoor wood oven and providing desperately needed laundry service. The generous fresh home cooked cake, different every day was a real treat. Has to be our favourite stay in all of our 2 weeks of our Croatian holiday!

We stayed for one week and we absolutely loved it! Okuklje is a lovely place, very calm and relaxing. The Apartment was perfect, we felt very comfortable. The view from the balcony is beautiful and the hosts were so nice and friendly. We got some cake every day which was very tasty, and so was breakfast and dinner. Theres parking in front of the Apartment. You can also swim in the clear water just in front of the Apartment. Mljet is a wonderful Island. Highly recommended!

Simple but nice rooms with a stunning view on Okuklje harbour. Located right on the harbour with all restaurants just nearby. The host was incredibly welcoming and always aiming at making our stay very pleasant. Difficult not to fall in love with the place and the very peaceful village. Easy parking.

The location is absolutely beautiful ..you do need a car to get around. Such an authentic little village. The room is a good size, and very comfortable & clean. The hosts are welcoming, caring & attentive. The food at their restaurant is the freshest & cooked with care. The cake every morning is INCREDIBLE!!!

It was one of the best experiences we ever had! Jele and Petar were exceptional hosts and were just so lovely to us and our dog. They sent us a detailed description of how to get there and greeted us with wine and pancakes on arrival. They were always available and most helpful when we had any questions. The communication in English (and a little bit of German) was without any problems. The apartment was very clean and in the kitchen we found everything we needed. Very comfortable beds, air conditioning worked perfectly and the view is just spectacular! The bay is calm and idyllic without too many tourists and you can jump into the water right before the building. We will definitely return!
