The luxury Apartment Vincent is situated in the outstanding untouched nature, in a quiet location surrounded by greenery. The distance from the apartment to the sea is approx. 1,5 km, 5 min. by car or 15 min. on foot. The apartment is situated on the first floor of the private house and can accommodate 4 or 5 persons. It has a private parking area for two cars. It is about 100m2 in size with WIFI, and air – conditioning and consists of the following rooms: an elegant living room with a comfy couch, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and an amazing ceramic wood stove. There are bedrooms next to it, one bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with two single beds. The modern kitchen is full – equipped with a ceramic stove-top, microwave, coffee machine, refrigerator, dishwasher, and large dining area. The spacious bathroom is with a bathtub, hairdryer, washing machine, and adjoining toilet. Bed linens, towels, and final cleaning are included in the price. Amazing terrace ( 40m2 in size) with outdoor furniture in the Mediterranean style, high-quality equipment, and a panoramic sea view will give you a unique experience. If you want to grill fish or meat at your disposal is an outdoor BBQ located in the garden. In the garden, you can use an outdoor shower. Apartment Vincent is an ideal choice for couples, families, and sports lovers.

Klenovica is a holiday resort located in the southern part of the Kvarner Bay between the towns of Novi Vinodolski and Senj. It is located next to the Adriatic Highway, so it is easily accessible if you are arriving from both Istria and Dalmatia. The distance from the apartment Vincent to the sea is approx. 1,5 km, 5 min by car or 15 min on foot. The center of Klenovica with markets, shops, restaurants, and cafe bars is also approx. 1,5 km from the apartment Vincent. Klenovica is a well-known Mediterranean holiday resort with crystal clear sea and beautiful landscape and provides an ideal place for relaxation and recreation. You can enjoy the warm climate and sea breeze from the surrounding mountain Velebit and beautiful pebble and sandy beaches in the area of Novi Vinodolski and Crikvenica. The nearest restaurant and bars are approx. 700 m to 1 km from the apartment. Near Klenovica are several (must visit) national parks. These are the National parks of the North Velebit, Risnjak, the Plitvice Lakes, and Paklenica.
