Apartment LASTE (swalow – schwalbe ) is located in Rovinj, just a 14-minute walk away from Rovinj Aquarium and Marketplace, one kilometer away from Cathedral of St. Euphemia in Rovinj. The Rovinj Old Town is within a 20-minute walk of the apartment, and free WiFi is provided. With 2 bedrooms, this apartment features a terrace, a living room with a flat-screen TV, radio and DVD player. The kitchen has an oven and a fridge and there's a bathroom with washing mashine and toiletries. Guests can also relax in the shared lounge area. Rovinj Heritage Museum is 1.8 km from the apartment. Pula Airport is 45.1 km from the property. This is our guests' favorite part of Rovinj, according to independent reviews. This property is also rated for the best value in Rovinj! Guests are getting more for their money when compared to other properties in this city. We speak English and German! There is also possible to make day visit in Venice by boat, who stay in Rovinj harbour min. once per week.
As owner of this apartment we like to affer you all comfort as you expect for best accommodation in time which you plan to spend in our apartment. Personally I like to enjoy my holidays in camps near to the coast together with my wife and mebers of my family. I also like to ski thats why we take usually 1 week in one of ski areas in Slovenia, Austria or Italy.
LASTE is a modern apartment in Rovinj/Rovigno, on the west coast of the Istrian peninsula. Accommodation on the first floor has separate access into the property. The apartment also has his own parking place. A common yard with parking is enclosed and only guests of this building have access to this area. The building is located in 'green belt', in a quiet location. The public beach is 300 m away; restaurant and cafe also 300 m, through a park. The flat is in easy reach of the old town (approx 1200 m to the centre of the old town, mainly walking by the sea). Pula Airport is 40 km from the property, with direct bus connections to Rovinj. The apartment is one of six in a recently built house. It consists of a living area with a kitchen, equipped with kettle, oven, coffee machine, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and all you need in kitchen. Two double bedroom with cabinet in each of them. The apartment also offers air-conditioned, radio, television, free internet, iron, washing mashine and hairdryer. It has a cosy sofa and armchair area. with a bathroom with a shower and a toilet.
