Acording to the Ancient Greek legend, mythical sailors Argonauts, with their leader Jason and his beloved Medea, fleeing with the stolen Golden Fleece from the people of Kohlid, reached the northern Adriatic coast, Istria and the area where Fazana is today. We do not know what Jason and Medea thought of Fažana, but its beauty couldnt have left them untoued. When you take a walk down the Olive Alley or the Sardine Trail, remember that once upon a time crowned heads, movie stars, statesmen and dictators alike walked along the same paths. Take a walk in the footsteps of Emperor Francis Joseph, Queen Elizabeth, Josip Broz Tito, take in the wonedrful views of Brijuni same as Indira Ghandi, Sophia Loren and Naomi Campbell, hug your loved one and enjoy the sunset much like Elizabeth Taylor and Richard Burton did. Breathe in the fresh sea air, bathe in the warm sea, sit on the shore with a glass of wine, enjoy the beautiful sunset, wait for the starry night sky ... and Fažana, like many before you, will embrace you as their favorite .. Spend your vacation in this small place with a big heart. You deserve it!
