Apartment Maris is located in the Crnica neighborhood, near the city center. This spacious apartment consists of a living room, kitchen, two bedrooms, hallway, bathroom and balcony. The house is located next to the road itself, and the apartment is located on the second floor. The apartment can accommodate 6 people. One bedroom has a large double bed measuring 180x200cm, the second bedroom has two single beds measuring 90x200cm, and there is a sofa bed in the living room. There are two air conditioners in the apartment. The parking place is located 150 meters from the house. Studio apartment Maris is located in the same building and on the same floor as Apartment Maris. The studio consists of a kitchen, a living room and a bedroom area with a bed measuring 160x200cm, a bathroom and a large private terrace with a sea view. There is also a barbecue on the terrace. There is one air conditioner in the apartment. The parking space is located in front of the house and measures 5mx2.2m.

Crnica is a real sports district, a district that is closely connected to the city center itself and extends to the western outskirts of Njivice. Crnica as a neighborhood can boast of many beauties as well as an attractive geographical location. In the very heart of the town there is the Juraj Dalmatinac Elementary School, the BDM Church, an indoor swimming pool - a beautiful building built in the middle of the last decade, and the Ljubica Sports Center, which has a large football field, a small football field and a martial arts hall. On the seaside part of the neighborhood is the beautiful Banj beach, which has given this neighborhood and the city a touristic dimension and ranked it as the city's most desirable destination for a pleasant life.
