Apartments Katy are located in the quiet rural settlement of Sveta Marija na Krasu (Madonna Del Carso) in Istria, Croatia just 7 min from the Slovenian border. Here you will find a peaceful environment away from the stressful city crowds. It is ideal for couples, families and business travelers. Our newly renovated two- and four-bed air-conditioned apartments offer a terrace with retractable awnings and wooden furniture for sitting on the terrace with a sea view and the city of Umag and nearby villages, private covered parking, a place to store bicycles, free Wi-Fi throughout the accommodation, a flat-screen TV with Netflix, a fully equipped kitchen and a private bathroom. A hob, microwave oven, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, towels and bed linen is provided. The beaches are approx. 5 km away, as well as the old town center of Umag. For the sport-oriented people there are many cycling routes (such as Parenzana), tennis courts (in Umag and in Portorož), a golf course (Crveni vrh 9Km) and you can always enjoy walking among the olive trees and the forest.For culinary preferences, you can visit Konoba Viva and Rustica in the vicinity....
