This romantic antique house, completely renovated this summer, is for family and friends who enjoye central location in Komiza, desire to explore the island of Vis, visit Biševo Blue cave, the most spectacular beaches in Europe and at the end of the day, crash in a house close to all. The house is a unique mix of antique spirit of fisherman's house and modern style living. Hi, my name is Marko. I'm from Split and I have been living in Zagreb for the last 15 years. I work at the University hospital of Zagreb (MD), adore fitness and sports. Komiza is located in a deep bay on the western side of the island Vis below the 600 meter high mountain Hum. (1677 inhabitants according to the census from 2001). It is a typical Mediterranean village, which attracts the tourists with beautiful beaches and with narrow roads and houses squeezed together around the harbour. Thanks to the mild Mediterranean climate, the stay in Komiza is pleasant also in the winter months. There are gravel beaches along the whole east coast of the Bay of Komiza with sources of drinking water: Gusarica, Nova posta, Velo zalo. DISTANCES: to the closest beach is 150 meter, to the sea is 100 metar. The distance to the town center is 100 metar, to the grocery store - 100 m. Closest restaurant - 100 m. Closest infirmary/hospital - 250 m. Closest public transport (bus etc) - 110 m. Ship / ferry port - 10 km.
