ZeusPlace is a short rental luxury accomodation real estate company based in Ktaerini Pieria . We manage up to 20 villas and appartments all over Pieria region . Most of them are in Litohoro and Plaka , on Olympus mountain foot , some of them in Katerini and Paralia Katerinis and in Elatochori old village (near the ski center ) . We have received high ranking by Booking com every year for all our accomodations and we are working to have more satisfy visitors every year . Traditional Villa in Kato Agios Ioannis village in a distance of 6 km from Katerini city centre. Fully equipped and traditional decorated in a land of 2000 sm , with barbecue, private parking, basketball court , flowers and olive trees area . In one of the most quite place in Pieria and just 10 min by car from beaches, Katerini city centre and Pieria and Olympus mountain the same time . The villa is constructed in two floors with internal stairs and could accommodate up to 11 persons . There are four bedrooms and one living room with a sofa that becomes a double bed . It’s a house that offers the winter mood you want near the fire place and the spring , summer and autumn nature beauty all over the year . Enjoy the basket court in every season , the Greek sun all over the year as it has a perfect orientation , the barbecue that is near the kitchen and under a canopy and the amazing nature in the yard. Kato Agios ioannis is a quite ,traditional village next to Katerini city centre , near Korinos beach and Paralia beach , perfect for family and friend vacation. The village is under the shadow of Pieria Orh mountain , near Elatochori ski centre , with a great view to Olympus mountain. The location is just 2 km from Korinos Junction the main Highway from Thessaloniki to Athens . Thessaloniki is just 60 km far away and Litohoro, Platamon , Dion and Olympus mountain is 25 km far away . The villa has cental heating and hot water all over the year and it's partially airconditioned. The traditional wooden kitchen is a separate large room , fully equipped and tradionally decorated. The villa wasan old house that is fully renovated and extended to to satisfy all the requirements of the modern visitor through the atmosphere of an old Greek village.
