The 3-level residence was built in 2009 and it is located 2.5 km from the new town of Monemvasia, 4 Km from the old byzantine town and 150m from the sea. In the 1st floor is the living room, the dinner table and a fully equipped kitchen. The 2nd floor has two bedrooms with 2 ensuited bathrooms with shower cabin, In the 3rd floor, where is the attic, there is one extra bedroom. All the rooms have a/c. There is only one TV in the living room. The WiFi is free. We provide for free two bicycles.
Hi I am Nikos! I am professor of Marine Meteorology and I am working for a private weather company. My origin is from the Castle of Monemvasia. I feel calm in my house since it is in a very quiet location near the sea with unlimited view. In my spare time I like to paddling or to hiking. Although I am not a professional in hosting, I have traveled a lot in my life and I know very well what a guest really enjoy and appreciate in a property; and I am will do my best to offer you a relaxing and lovely break in your hard daily routine offering professional services.
