The exclusive Villa flaunts magnificent sea views & offers a wealth of inspiration to enjoy between sea and mountains, blissfully set on the famous Bali resort and just some steps away from the beach, beach bars, shops & restaurants. ViveVerde Villa consists of three separate & independent residences which are rent together as one, ideal for unique group gatherings, which can comfortably accommodate up to 29 guests. Enjoy a refreshing dip in one of the three private pools which will be at your exclusive disposal: 
-60m² Private Heated Swimming Pool
 -22m² Private Heated Swimming Pool- also embellished with a children’s pool compartment (0,50 meters deep) -15m² Private Swimming Pool Pool Heating Policy: -The two swimming pools (60m² & 22m² with the children’s compartment) can be heated during the days with outside temperature less than 25 °C degrees. -4 days in advance - prior notice is required, before arrival, for the two pools to reach 28 °C, depending on the outdoor temperature. The heating cost for the 60m² pool is 70euros per day & the cost for the 22m² pool is 35euros per day. -Both Pools can strictly be booked for the duration of your entire stay, and the total cost is a sum of the above. Prior notice is required. -In case of rain there won’t be a possibility to use the pool & whirlpool. Air-conditioning in all areas is included & serves for heating purposes also Pools operate seasonally (end of March - middle of November) Daily Housekeeping is included (vacuuming, moping, dusting, cleaning of bathrooms & kitchen) Towels and linen changes every 4 days. Events may be allowed upon request- Prior notice, extra fees, event contract required

Location Overview ViveVerde Villa is located in the picturesque Bali village, which was a small fishing village, but over the years has become a charming touring village, overlooking the little fishing harbour and the sea. It is a very attractive and romantic place, combining sea and mountains. Life is easy going enjoying the sun and the clear calm sea at a number of sandy and shingly beaches. Bali is a modern seaside resort, which offers a large choice of taverns, restaurants, a bakery, an ATM machine, super markets, a butchery and cheese shop, as well as a wide variety of little shops, diving school, bars and discos.  It is an ideal destination for family and romantic holidays. Bali has four beaches, which are formed in sandy coves with nice greenish waters. The beaches are almost always calm, since the direction of Bali is western. They all are suitable for children and well organised. Moreover, buses from Heraklion and Rethymnon run to Bali.  Furthermore, from the local harbour, excursion boats run daily to Rethymnon. The passengers have the chance to admire a unique coastline with beautiful caves and rock formations. Out & About Super Market, Shops & Restaurants: 400 meters walking distance
