This brand new luxury Sunset villa features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a private parking area, additional free parking street space and free wifi. Fully equipped kitchen has brand new fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher and more.. small kitchen appliances, like toaster, nescaffe maker, juicer, plates, utensils etc. New furniture, 3 large beds, fresh bed sheets and blankets, the upper 2 bedrooms open to a top balcony with patio furniture to enjoy breakfast and the amazing sunrise views. Living room and upstairs bedroom have smart TV’s. Washer/ dryer unit on the upper level. Large bathroom with skylight, spacious walk-in shower. Lots of cabinets and drawers for storage. Also provided clean towels, hairdryer and iron in the laundry room.Main floor offers you open concept living room and kitchen with large patio door and access to a large terrace with patio furniture. One bedroom on the main floor with easy access to a bathroom. Full air conditioning and smart key system enabled.We have avaliable 2 villas.
