Made with high standards and located in a magnificent place, this villa offers heavenly holidays. Providing last generation technology systems and even its own private cinema makes it one of a kind. Our newly built villa is protected by splendid olive-trees and open to the seas. Built by experience, it has been thought out very carefully to offer comfort, luxury and tranquility. Located 50m from the pontoon, it’s the ideal villa to be rent for boat lovers. Keep your boat in sight or simply enjoy viewing this small harbor becoming alive while boats are sailing in. The villa offers home automation installation and high standard equipment with last-generation LCD TVs, as well as an underground cinema.
