-Set in a quiet area of Perivolia just 3.5 km drive away from Chania city and the nearest beach, Villa Nikis is an ideal holiday getaway for relaxing in the nature and at the same time being next to everything. Elegantly decorated interior offers a cozy yet distinctly modern feel while spacious outdoor area surrounded by fruit and vegetable gardens creates a perfect atmosphere for soothing body and mind. -Starting January 1, 2024, a new Greek tax was introduced which is called the “Climate Crisis Resilience Charge,” requiring a fee of 10 euros per night from March to October and 4 euros per night from November to February. The amount needs to be paid in cash or by card upon your arrival at the villa.

The location, the villa is located only 350 meters away from the beach which you can go on foot! Additionally the nearest living area of Kavros with shops is only 900 meters away. Panoramic views, being located in an area overlooking the Cretan sea provides unique and stunning sea and mountain views from the villa. The owner of the villa owns a beach bar / tavern on the nearest beach and our guests will have free sun beds. The bar / tavern has also a playground area where is the perfect spot for families with children to spend a day! The villa is stone built house and it keeps cool temperature even in the summer.
