We welcome all our guests upon arrival to orient you to the property. We will be accessible throughout your stay and are happy to help plan your trip before hand or while you are here including recommendations, excursions etc.

Property information

Villa Pervoli is located in the village of Varipetro, surrounded by nature and beautiful mountain views. The 4-bedroom villa is beautifully decorated with large living spaces, 3 baths, 2 private balconies and large veranda. The villa is fully equipped with modern amenities including stove, oven, dishwasher, and washing machine. The large main bath has a jacuzzi. All rooms have air conditioning units. A central feature of the villa is the large outdoor living space with pool, seating and dining area, outdoor kitchen with barbecue, and children’s play structure. The large property includes beautiful gardens and orange orchard. The villa is perfectly situated for guests to enjoy both the tranquility and privacy of the property while being close to all of the beautiful sites and beaches in Chania. We are located 10 minutes outside Chania city centre and 5 mins to the beach. The home sleeps 8 guests Bedroom 1 - 1 queen bed (150cm), with small ensuite bath and private balcony Bedroom 2 - 1 queen bed (150cm), main floor Bedroom 3 - 1 double bed (130cm) Bedroom 4 - 1 double bed (130cm), with large balcony

Neighbourhood information

The villa is located on the main road leading to the village of Varipetro. You will found conveniently located short distance to a small convince store/market, bakery/sweet and coffee shop, as well as, gas station (600m). The village of Varipetro, is known for its olive and orange orchards and mountain views. The village has both traditional homes as well as newer properties. Attractions close the the village include a water park, lake with walking paths, and the St. Sunday monastery. We are a short-12-minute drive fro Chania city centre, the old historic town and harbour, and 8-minute drive to several beaches. Agios Apostoli is the closest beach where guests can rent sunbeds and umbrellas and spend the day. There is convenient access to the national highway for those planning excursions to other famous beaches in the region including Elafonissi, Balos/Gramvousa, Falassana or the Samaria gorge and village of Sfakia.
