| About the Villa | ​ Villa Olivis by "LA VILLA E BELLA" is a stylish serene architect estate with sea view and an infinity pool, situated in a beautiful property of 2500m2, full of olive and oak trees. It is located in the area of “Pera Meria", the greenest region of Kea island (Tzia). Ideal for nature lovers, families or groups of friends, private and relaxing. Kea is accessible within just an hour from Athens Lavrion port, on an open ferry. The villa consists of three independent "blocks" which do not communicate internally: BLOCK#1. At the main ground level features the living room, kitchen, one bedroom with double bed and one bathroom there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. BLOCK#2. At the same main ground level, by a separate entrance, there are two more bedrooms (1 with double bed and 1 with twin beds) and a second bathroom. At the lower level - BLOCK#3 - there is an independent studio of 50 sq.m. accommodating comfortably a couple with or without kids. The space at the lower level has a kitchenette, a bathroom with a bath tub and an independent terrace with beautiful sea view. The studio is kids' friendly due to its layout.

| About the neighbourhood | In Kea you will discover and enjoy: - beaches and coves with beautiful clear blue waters - picturesque villages looking just like postcards; you must visit Vourkari, small marina and fishing port, and Ioulis, the central village, perched on the mountain) - many taverns where you can eat very well or simply pass time at the water's edge - a cultural life punctuated by the summer festivals - a dense network of hiking trails, especially nice in the green of spring or fall - ancient places to discover with the soul of an archaeologist (do not miss the walk to Karthea) - dozens of idyllic small churches - rural life preserved and local products - neither too many nor too few craft shops - a wilderness swept by winds (much of the east of the island is classified as natural park) - magnificent views (on a clear day you can see from the heights a large part of the Cyclades) - and of course people particularly pleasant - with total absence of crime and the sun shining most time of the year.
