Olive Valley is a brand new Villa with an unparallel hilltop location that provides visitors with magnificent vistas of mountains and sea alike. The large swimming pool, with its rim flow compliments the panoramic views and provides a feeling of relaxation and tranquility. The pergolas and gardens are furnished with a barbeque for a family oriented outdoors dinning experience. Also the fully furnished and equipped villa has free parking in the courtyard. Finally the name Olive Valley comes from the area where the villa was built full of olive and orange trees that paths passed through them.
My name is Petros Papadakis, I have studied economics and I deal with accounting. I live in Chania, a town near the village where the villa is located. As my interests are hiking, cycling and swimming, I can give you information and tips for your vacation. Finally I have been to many places, so I know the meaning of hospitality.
Villa olive valley is located in a quiet village named Loutraki, 6.5km from the center of Platanias and 4.5km from the nearest beach. At the top of the hill where the accommodation is located the houses are more modern and many of them are inhabited by European citizens. At the center of the village located the older houses with some traditional cafe and taverns. Also near the church you will find a basketball court and across them a playgroud. Every year, on the eve of the 15th of August, the village experiences the life of the Cretan Cretan festival organized by the cultural association with rich food, music, dance and party until morning. Also there are many beaches and restaurants in the nearby villages, some of them are busier located in Platanias and more unique such as the beaches of Ravdouha, Falasarna, Balos and Elafonissi.
