Impressive newly built three-storey Villa of 11 bedrooms can accommodate large groups up to 25 people. with 50 m² pool (Which can be heated with an extra charge uppon request), 6 seat jacuzzi, gym and complete privacy. Having panoramic views of the endless blue of the Cretan Sea, built in the beautiful traditional village of Gerani, just 6 km from the center of Rethymnon Town. VILLA Oasis is designed to comfortably accommodate up to 25 people with absolute privacy. It consists of three floors. - Εvents are allowed upon request for up to 100 guests with additional charges. - The pool can be heated on request for extra charge 50euro per day and it requires at least one-week's advance notice. - The house may accommodate one pet up to 10 kg. - Dangerous breed dogs are not allowed. -The Εnvironmental fee 10 euro per night from March to October and 4 euro per night from November to February is mandated by the Greek government and applies to all visitors from January 1, 2024 who staying in accommodations in Greece. It contributes to environmental conservation efforts on the island, including waste management and sustainability initiatives. Please note that this fee is not included in your booking total and will be collected separately during your stay.

The outdoor area of ​​VILLA OASIS will literally take your breath away as it is designed and equipped in such a way as to offer the visitor the ultimate relaxation but also an amazing and panoramic view of the Cretan Sea and the wild beauty of the Vederi gorge. Specifically outside you will find the impressive pool 50 m² and depth 1.40, 2 waterfalls and a children's section for our little guests. Around the pool there is a variety of furnished areas with comfortable sun loungers, hammock lounge, coffee table, shower, as well as a pergola that includes the wood and charcoal barbecue, sink and a large outdoor dining table. Our little friends can spend endless hours of fun and play safely on the playground with swings, mini golf and soccer. The whole outdoor area is fenced for complete privacy and has parking for four cars. Finally, there is wifi access throughout the property. VILLA OASIS is 1.5 km from the nearest beach and has easy access to the main road to explore all the points of interest of the island. The surrounding area is suitable for hiking and cycling.The center of the village is 300 m away and there you can find a variety of shops such as supermarket, pharmacy and more
