VILLA Excesio is located in one of the most beautiful villages of Rethymno, in traditional Gerani. It is a ground floor house, 130 m² with a 30 square meter swimming pool and a neat and stylish decoration, able to accommodate up to7 people, just 7 km from the center of Rethymno. VILLA Excesio is the ideal choice for all of you who want the tranquility of the countryside but very close to all points of interest. VILLA Excesio has three elegantly decorated bedrooms for total relaxation and rest. The two bedrooms each have a double bed 160 X 2m and the other two single beds 90 X 2m. All rooms are equipped with wardrobes, mirror and air conditioning and have direct access to the outside area. In the open space, guests will find the living room with the fireplace and comfortable sofas, 42-inch smart TV, the comfortable dining room for six people and the fully equipped kitchen with all electrical appliances and all the necessary items for preparing and serving your meals. VILLA Excesio has two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and washing machine and the other with a shower. Exterior. The outdoor area of ​​Villa Excesio is intended for your relaxation and rest. Enjoy the Cretan sun under the umbrellas on the comfortable sunbeds around the pool and your meals in the spacious outdoor dining area. There is also a barbecue and outside sink as well as an outdoor lounge for your coffee or drink. The area is fenced, has parking for two cars and wifi throughout the area inside and outside the house.
