Our luxurious residential is located in that very idyllic Mediterranean setting in the region of south Corfu, at the center of the picturesque village of Petriti, where the fishermen every morning, are scattering their fish to the fish tavernas around.Being about 30 kilometers away from Corfu town, airport and port and surrounded by a gated garden, with a shared BBQ and shared dining area. The property stands out for its extensive plan and is able to satisfy even the most demanding visitor. It is consists of 2 open plan, ground floor studios of 40sqm each, with double bed corner, equipped kitchen/dining, shower room and yard.The 1st floor two one-bedroom apartments with a separate double bedroom, an open plan sitting/dining/kitchen each, shower room and balconies. The top floor sea view suite, which has one separate double bedroom an open plan sitting/dining/ fully equipped kitchen, with dishwasher, bathroom with bathtub and Jacuzzi and sea view balcony. The interior aesthetics of all the apartments, are center around the discrete stone palette, the memories of the owner from the seas he travels, as he is a captain, accompanied by all the modern amenities and hospitality services.

Neighbourhood information

Petriti is a beautiful seaside fishing village very close to Lefkimmi and its port. It was built in the 70's by residents of Korakades village, who were forced to leave their village due to landslides. This incredible villa with all the comforts available can make the stay unforgettable. it is an extraordinary villa with more comforts than could even someone imagine, while the owners are very, helpful and welcoming.
