Escape the everyday in our inspiring self-catering holiday home, conveniently located in the picturesque village of Sfakaki, which in recent years has evolved into a popular seaside resort, as well as settled close to the famous town of Rethymno. It’s significant advantage is that the Villa is located within walking distance to many facilities, as well as the sandy beach. The Villa features 3 bedrooms, which can accommodate up to 6 guests in real beds. All bedrooms are air conditioned, tastefully decorated and equipped with comfortable mattresses for a good nigh’t sleep! A baby cot can also be provided upon request. Two more guests can be accommodated in 2 folding beds, located in the two double bedrooms or in the living room area. And for the explorers, two electrical bikes will also be available, offering endless hours of fun & adventure. Pets allowed with prior notice. Please kindly note: -A security deposit of 200 euros is required -Food Bowls are provided - Pool operates seasonally (end of March - middle of November) - Air conditioning units serve heating purposes. *Accommodation cost Excludes: Resilience Tax 10,00 per villa per night. Villa Inn is located in the picturesque village of Sfakaki which in recent years has evolved into a very popular seaside resort, as it combines all the features for both vacations and permanent accommodation. The village has a wonderful, long, sandy beach, just 10 minutes walking from the villa, which is famous for the fact it is chosen by Caretta Caretta Sea turtle, which is an endangered species, for its reproduction. The beach is also ideal for sunbathing, swimming and water sports! Enjoy the well known greek sun and sea all day long! Sfakaki is special specifically for another reason too: its has a variety of shops such as a super market, a bakery and a pharmacy, that are within hand’s reach, making ideal for a car free holiday! You can taste the well known traditional Cretan and Mediterranean cuisine in the local tavernas and restaurants, have your coffee in one of the many beach bars on the coast or go for a drink in one of the small bars.
