Villa Emilia provides a world of sensations for guests beyond the ordinary. Step through the line where the Cretan sea meets the sky at this astonishing private villa featuring a breadth of luxuries and lavish comforts. Encompassing an area of 200 sq. m. of pure indulgence and an outdoor area of 700 square meters, this exquisite villa provides a private world of sensations for guests beyond the ordinary. Set in 3 different levels, Villa Emilia redefines the notion of comfort island living. At the ground floor you can find the pool area with the heated pool of 40sq. a fully equipped kitchen, an internal living room with a salon, a satellite LG curved 65’’ TV and a dining table area for 10 guests, the BBQ area and the outdoor lounging area with the bar, a deck with sun loungers, sunbeds, an outdoor living room and hammocks and a dining area for up to 12 persons. The villa consists of five bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. At the attic floor you find the KING SIZE room, the very best room of the Villa. This room offers unobstructed views to the Cretan sea from each corner, welcoming esteemed guests to relax and sleep in complete privacy. The bathroom of this room has hydromassage.

Neighbourhood information

Kastelli or Kissamos is a small town of about 2,000 inhabitants, with an attractive little harbour, lots of shops, cafes and tavernas mostly along the beach, a long history and a lively atmosphere. It is a busy place, offering everything tourists may need. On first arriving at Kissamos, you see the large beach of grey sand stretching out in front of the town and the rocky coast to the west. In the west part of Kissamos is the main road, Heroon Polytechniou Street, full of shops and supermarkets. But in the summer (and all year round when the weather's good), the heart of town beats on the coast road, near Tzanakaki Square or Kastelli Square, which is mostly pedestrianised, letting visitors and residents alike enjoy a stroll by the sea. The Kissamos area is particularly fertile, rich in grapes, sultanas, wine and raki (tsikoudia). The town played an important part from early historical times onwards, as the provincial capital and economic centre of Kissamos Province in Chania Prefecture. The harbour of Kissamos is outside the town, linking Crete to the Peloponnese, Chania Prefecture to Kythera, Gythio and Kalamata. There are also daily boat trips to Gramvoussa and Balos beach.
