Heated Pool included for 7 nights stay in March, April, May, October, November. The villa is a 4-floor building. As you get into the property from the road there is a private outdoor and indoor parking space. These spaces can also be used for playing table tennis. Next to the indoor parking space is the game room with the pool/football tables and the stair to the first/second floor. At the first floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with e.g. an espresso machine, microwave, oven, dishwasher, washing/drying machine. It has a dining and a sitting area with a beautiful wooden floor that has an in-floor heating system. Also, there is the ensuite blue bathroom and the room with 3 single beds. At the front is the outdoor area with a 40sqm and 1.2m depth pool. Also, there are available sun loungers(with detachable cushions), umbrellas and an outdoor living room. At the second floor there are 3 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms which all have large walk in showers. All the rooms have a balcony. The pink room with 2 single beds and a gray bathroom, the green room with a king size bed and a large green bathroom and a gray room with a king size bed and a white bathroom. Finally, at the 4th floor is the roof garden with an amazing Chania city, mountain and sea view.

This place combines the best city, mountain, sea and sunset view in a quiet family neighborhood. The villa is located about a 12 min drive from Chania Airport and about a 5 min drive from Chania center and Old Venetian Harbour. It is a 2-3 min drive from Tombs of Venizelos where you can have a breakfast and enjoy a lovely Chania city and sea view. Also, it is a 25 min drive to the famous Seitan Limania beach. The closest family beach, Kalathas beach, is about a 10 min drive. The closest beach for young couples which is preferred a lot by locals is Loutraki at a 18 min drive. Also, there are a lot of beaches for family and young couples as well at Hrisi Akti, Agii Apostoli, Agia Marina at 20-30 min drive. Finally, it is very close to the highway where you have easy access to the whole region of Chania and Crete.
