Τhree Εlements is a villa of approximately 200 square meters that was built in 2005 on a slope of one acre with a view of the magnificent Saronic gulf and its islands in the settlement of Pefkali. The house is surrounded by slopes with trees, stones and sea, giving the name to the house. Inside the house... The ground floor is an open space with living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen. There is also a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom. The upper floor has two spacious bedrooms, a bathroom and a laundry room. More specifically, one room, being larger, has a double and a single bed. On the other hand, lying on the other room double bed enjoy the wonderful view, having the Saronic Gulf unfolds at your feet. All bedrooms and areas are fully air-conditioned, have free Wi-Fi access as well as a smart TV. Stepping out of the house front balcony will become the place you want to spend most of your time day and night. You will also have access to the outdoor areas of the backyard where you will find a table football for a carefree family game for children and adults. On the side of the villa is the barbecue area where you can use to cook your meal, have your breakfast and also enjoy the view in the evening with your wine. In the settlement there are 4 wonderful beaches, Fragolimano, the small and the big Amoni, but also the largest and most beautiful Kalogerolimano, at a distance of no more than 5-10 minutes by car. There is also a canteen/tavern in fragolimano where you can visit after your swim.
By visiting our home we will always be at your disposal to help you with whatever you need and to give you any information. Water is not drinkable in the area.
During your stay, you can visit some archeological sites of Greece, such as the ancient theater of Epidaurus (44km), which is the most popular theater in Greece. Another well-known archaeological site in Greece is the ancient city of Mycenae (53km) and the ancient sites of Nemea (58km). In addition to the archaeological sites, you can visit Nafplio (62km), Loutraki (32km), the Baths of beautiful Helen (17km), ancient Corinth (31km) and the village of Sofiko which is 5 kilometers away to get all the rest you need.
