The villa also boasts a basement playroom with PS5 for gaming enthusiasts, equipped with a bathroom, sauna for relaxation, and yet another 60″ TV and air conditioning. Descending to the basement, you'll find two additional bedrooms. 1st bedroom : featuring a queen size, a balcony overlooking the sea, air conditioning, a wardrobe and another 32″ TV. 2nd bedroom: offers similar comforts with a queen size bed and an additional sofa bed, AC, 32″ TV, and a wardrobe.
