Modern architectural residence on an area of 10 acres with olive trees and an excellent view of the Messinian Gulf, the picturesque Koroni and the mount of Taygetos.. Imposing with the much-discussed peak/pyramid of Prophet Ilias rising above the waters of the gulf, it creates awe and offers unparalleled beauty. All the rooms as well as the terraces of the residence offer a different angle to the excellent view of the wider area. The residence consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower, dining room, comfortable living room with fireplace and fully equipped kitchen. The two double bedded bedrooms have air conditioning and the third bedroom (attic) has two single beds and a fan. The living room also has a fan. Comfortable spaces, simply furnished, earthy colors, furniture in every terrace, outdoor shower, heating, large parking space. Enjoy the comfort of the residence, the tranquility of the landscape, the complete silence offered by the location and listen to the sounds of nature.

The family with a love for the art of hospitality, deals with the provision of high standard services, seeking even the shortest stay to offer comfort, relaxation and complete satisfaction to the guests. The mother of the family, Taygeti, having the dream of settling in the future in her father's special homeland, chose the VIGLA property (observatory) with a privileged position and an excellent view to the 4 points of the horizon and build the residence. She completed the residence with love and having as a priority the possibility of multiple views from each room, the abundance of natural light in each area as well as the direct access to the land. The Messinian gulf with the picturesque Koroni, the imposing mount Taygetos as well as the green landscape with olive and cypress trees offer tranquility and clarity of thought.
Messinia, rich in history and natural beauty, offers a variety of options to every visitor. The beautiful Koroni with the imposing Venetian castle, the Church of Panagia Eleistria and the picturesque narrows is a true jewel of Messinia. Restaurants, cafes, taverns by the sea, traditional houses and small shops make up the amazing image of Koroni. Choices from nearby enchanting beaches such as Gargarou and the stunning Agia Triada are ideal for those seeking tranquility and clear blue waters. Peroulia, a busy beach with facilities for sunbeds - umbrellas as well as bars / restaurants, is the solution for a more social option. Zaga beach, a wonderful, busy sandy organized beach with crystal clear waters continues to Memi beach with golden sand, clear waters and facilities for water sports. Additional options with small coves and quiet waters (Artaki, Tsapi, Faneromeni) in the wider area await your visit.
