The V.A.G.I.A. APARTMENT , a beautiful studio apartment, which is located on the ground floor of the V.A.G.I.A. HOUSE. It has an independent entrance. Beautiful and carefully decorated apartment of 80 sqm in shades of blue. It consists of a bedroom that has a double and a single bed with two wardrobes, a spacious living room, a dining room-kitchen and a bathroom W.C. with shower. The dining kitchen has all the equipment for preparing meals and the use of the comfortable dining room. In the same room, there is a comfortable sofa that becomes a double bed. It offers comfort and relaxation for up to 7 guests. The advantage of the studio apartment is that due to its location - lowered ground floor, it offers incredible coolness, especially during the summer noon hours. Fully furnished and equipped with WiFi. It also offers an outdoor seating area on the covered pergola of the garden. In the wooden pergola area there are 2 separate garden dining tables for beautiful evenings of dining and play. Free parking space. Facilities: - Welcome basket with homemade fresh fruit jams, spoon sweets, tea bags & seasonal fruit. - WiFi internet, flat screen TV, HDMI cable - Fly screens on doors and windows - Cooking with electric hob, Fridge, Washing machine - Electric kettle, Multi chopper, Sandwich toaster, Frappe mixer, French press - Fully equipped kitchen with all necessary pots, pans and utensils - Anatomical mattresses, linen and towels (for household use only, beach towels not included) - Hairdryer, Iron and ironing board, Mosquito repellent - 2 independent outdoor dining tables with seating, Barbecue grill, - Parking space
