These two properties are located next to each other and are identical. On each ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, a lovely dining room and a comfortable living room with a 32'' satellite TV that offers you a variety of channels to view if you want to watch the daily news from your country, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom (shower). Each first floor has 3 bedrooms, a master bedroom with its own bathroom (shower), and two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds, with a bathroom (bathtub) between them. Each first floor bedroom has its own spacious furnished balcony, where you can relax and enjoy the wonderful view. Each villa has a beautiful landscaped garden that offers you the chance to relax under the brilliant sun, use a Greek BBQ for outdoor cooking and play games with your friends or family.
The 4 bedroom 2-storey villas are situated between the beautiful village of Gennadi (only 400 m) and its great blue flagged beach (only 300 m). After you enjoy swimming in the Mediterranean and having fun doing watersports, there is are a number of restaurants on the beach where you can enjoy traditional Greek food and drink. In the village you can find the medical center, a pharmacy, an ATM, a supermarket, minimarkets, restaurants, cafeterias and a police station. Within 5 minutes drive is a dentist at Kiotari. There are also numerous beach bars in the area serving something light to eat or drink while you relax enjoying music and swimming in the crystal clear waters.
