We help our guests have lovely memories during their holidays and live some of the best experiences of Crete. We wish you come back and stay in the same or another property of our handpicked portfolio again after a few years. During the last years we manage exclusively a few Villas and Apartments, and we help our guests to enjoy really special holidays as well as the owners to offer top hospitality and get a good income. TheHotelgr is registered in the Greek National Tourism Organisation (EOT) and our office is located in 41-43 Skalidi street in Chania town.

Property information

A maisonette, traditional 4-bedroom villa with an open plan living room (with fireplace), a dining room, and a fully-equipped kitchen on the upper floor is provided. Satellite TV, Dvd and Cd player, microwave, big electric kitchen, big refrigerator, and dishwasher are offered. A very spacious balcony with lovely mountain views and distant sea views is offered. Pool views are also available from the villa. On the lower level three double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, as well as one bunk bedroom with separate single bed are provided. One family bathroom with hydro massage bath is also offered. Washing machine is provided.

Neighbourhood information

Topolia is a small, very tranquil, picturesque village, ideal for families seeking for relaxation and for nature lovers. A traditional bakery shop next to the villas, two mini markets and a tavern are easily reachable on foot. In the nearby town of Kissamos, all guests have the opportunity to taste some mouth watering Greek specialties or visit very large supermarkets for food supplies and shopping.
