The Sunny Terrace House is perfectly situated, only 3 walking minutes from the beautiful sandy beaches of Gournes and can accommodate up to 5 persons. Enjoy the quietness of the large terrace in the residential area with its garden, a beautiful mountain view and the proximity of the beach with some minimarkets and restaurants. Kokkini Hani is just a 5 minutes drive away and is a perfect resort for families and couples of all group ages with its restaurants, cafes, bars, shops and supermarkets. The Sunny Terrace House is entered through the large terrace into a large and comfortable living/dining and kitchen area. It offers a large corner sofa with coffee table, flat screen TV, dining table with 6 comfortable chairs and a brand new fully equipped kitchen which features fridge/freezer, 4 ring cooker with hub, oven, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. The house offers a bathroom with a bathtub and a washing machine, 2 nice bedrooms with double beds with smart A/C and heating, comfortable bed linens and direct access to the terrace. An additional folding bed is available and can be placed in one of the bedrooms or in the large living room. In Sunny Terrace House you will feel like home.
