The man-made and named village of CRETAN PNOE, consisting of the 3 maisonettes TETHYS -Titan daughter of Uranus and Gaia- welcomes you to a Cretan haven of calm, coziness and fine traditional architecture. TETHYS 3 is an adult-only 65m2 apartment on 2 floors that was carefully designed by our in-house Cretan interior designers to incorporate details of traditional architecture of the island. The ground floor was artistically designed to reflect traditional stone and plaster Cretan designs and is comprised of a living room and  kitchen accentuated by small stone arches and basketry on the walls, the 2 separated by a heavy wooden door.  The large open-space living room with arch and high wooden ceilings, welcomes you with a corner fireplace for long winter evenings, long stone cushioned wall-benches as well as high stone shelves with art objects and vintage Greek photographs. There are also several coffee tables. The kitchen comes fully equipped with a ceramic electric stove, electric kettle and drip coffee-machine.  The upper floor is an open-space with 2 bedrooms at the top of the wooden staircase decorated with rope art. One room offers a double bed while the second has 2 single beds. The upper floor has wooden details and access to 2 balconies: one with sea, hill and Kolymbari village views while the other opens onto Gribiliana village and more mountains. In order to respect the traditional character of the setting and to help you completely disconnect and take advantage of the relaxing environment, you will purposefully not find a television in our apartment.  For the pleasure of our guests, there is a lovely courtyard with long stone benches and matching wooden table as well as plants in traditional terracotta amphoras - shared with the other 2 TETHYS units. There is a for-charge access to a washing machine and dryer on site shared by the 3 TETHYS units. Please inform us if you need to use them.
