My name is Kostas Vasilakis and I have studied marketing and business management. Already being an owner of two successful villas and co-owner of a well known web development company in Greece, I started to manage other vacation rentals as well. I have the full management of all the vacation rentals that I represent, knowing everything about them and the areas in which they are located. Property information

Terrazzo Luxury Villas are a newly built complex of 3 villas located in Pigianos Kampos. In a prime position, the villas are only a short walk from the beach and local amenities, ideal for families. Each villa boasts large lawned gardens, play area and children’s section of the private pool - there is even a children’s playground next door . Each villa has 3 ensuite bedrooms that sleep 6 guests. -Starting January 1, 2024, a new Greek tax was introduced which is called the “Climate Crisis Resilience Charge,” requiring a fee of 10 euros per night from March to October and 4 euros per night from November to February. The amount needs to be paid in cash or by card upon your arrival at the villa.

Neighbourhood information

Terrazzo villas are located in the resort of Pigianos Kampos, a short drive from Rethymno town. The beach, tavernas, cafes and shops are within walking distance from the villas and a children’s playground area is next door. With organised beaches offering cafes, tavenas, sunbeds and umbrellas and the two neighbouring resorts of Adelianos Kamposa and Platanias, you have all you need for the perfect seaside getaway. Being located between the national highway and the resort’s coastal road facilitates exploring the area and island. A bus service operates along the coastal road to the local resorts of Adelianos Kampos and Platanias, through to Rethymnon town.
