The house is located 6 km away from the center of Trikala , at Drosero village. A quiet and welcoming place ideal for exploring the city and the surrounding areas. The theme park "Mill of the Elves" which is the ultimate Christmas destination and attraction for young and old is only 4 km away. Nearby are also the captivating Meteora (30km), the picturesque Elati (30km), the Pertouli Ski Center (35km) and the enchanting Plastira lake (30km). The house is a modern detached house of 65 sq.m. built in 2010 on a fenced plot of 850 square meters with private parking. It consists of a single living room-kitchen area with a fireplace, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with a shower and an attic which can be used as an additional accommodation for 2 people. It is fully equipped with electrical appliances such as refrigerator, electric stove, microwave oven, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, blender, hand mixer, washing machine, electric iron, vacuum cleaner, bathroom dryer, televisions. Outside there is a courtyard and a terrace with a dining area.
