Totally new, luxury penthouse loft in the hip edge of central Athens, with breathtaking view of the Acropolis/Parthenon and the Gazi Industrial Gas Museum, spacious -same level- terrace and 360 view of the whole area. Enjoy all the different colours of the Attica's sky, the amazing sunrises and the blueish painted hills, stunning sunsets and the stars above the city lights. A hidden, quite place offering anything a citizen of the world and/or a demanding, independent traveler may need. Situated in the 5th floor of a 70's residential building, the loft is classy and minimal, with designer's furniture and an aprox. 200 sq.m. terrace with panoramic view. Acropolis, the National Observatory of Athens and Gazi Industrial Gas Cultural Centre are the highlights. The contemporary apartment is very pleasant, full of generous Greek light, artsy and comfy. All amenities are provided to meet an elegant taste and the high standards of the guests who want to explore the cultural treasures and the vibrant life of our sleepless city, while staying in a unique, quite place exactly next to the spots where Athens beats. It accommodates two people -a third person might also sleep on the couch.

The 50 sq. m. loft is located between Thissio and Gazi, pretty close (3 min. walk) to the end of the ancient Ermou street, now a buzzing pedestrian pleasure for both Athenians and visitors, who on Sundays start -or end- their shopping dive in the local flea market heading to Monastiraki. It is also very close (10-12 minutes walk) to the famous pedestrian area of the great historical part of Thissio (Apostolou Pavlou street), a popular area by the archaeological sites, with many cafe, restaurants, bars and taverns. Furthermore it is next -5 minutes walk- to the very heart of the urban nightlife, the famous Gazi, with numerous bars, restaurants and cafe. More information Two Metro Stations (Gazi-Keramikos and Thissio, both within 15 minutes walk aprox), bus stations to various central destinations (only a couple of blocs away) and taxis (easily outside of the building's main entrance) provide a very well service to the area. Free parking space is easy to be found on the same street or around the block. Paid parking place is also pretty close, in Gazi area (about 150 m away).
