The apartment is located in a recently constructed building, a couple of meters from the beach parking of Nea Iraklitsa. The beach is about 20 – 30 meters from the apartment. Set on the second floor, the apartment consists of a living room, two bedrooms and a bathroom. The living room exits to a spacious terrace with a sea view. From there can see your kids playing at the beach or in the children fun park nearby. During the night one can see the lights of Kavala in the distance. Another building partially limits the sea view, but it is still wonderful. The apartment is fully renovated, completely furnished with new kitchen devices, furniture and cutlery. The living room is furnished with a sofa bed and a dining table. The bedrooms look at the backyard and about 15 sq.m. each, and are equipped with comfortable boxspring beds. There is garden furniture and a barbecue at the terrace. All 3 rooms are air-conditioned, which is automatically switched off when exiting from the apartment. Free Internet and Bulsatcom TV is available. Smoking is allowed at the terrace. Pets are not allowed.
In Nea Irakltisa you will be met by a local person, fluent in Greek and English, who will give to you the electronic keys and will introduce you to the apartment and the village. Your meeting with her will be agreed in advance. The access to the apartment is via ONE electronic card. Please do not lose it. Upon your arrival you may be asked for a guarantee, which will be reimbursed at the end of your stay. We kindly ask you to check-in after 14:00, so that the apartment is cleaned and well suited for your stay. If possible you will be accommodated earlier.
The location of the apartments sets you literally between the beach, the promenade street, the public parking, the big supermarket and the kids fun park. The locals call Nea Iraklitsa “the Pearl of Macedonia”. It is a clean and calm village of about 2000 people - a cozy place of low-rise buildings, wide golden beaches, shallow azure sea, and a romantic small marina. There is a dozen of taverns and trendy bars on the beach street, just in front of the apartment. If you decide to mix up with the crowd, Kavala is only 10 km away. For a change there are dozens of kilometers of beaches in the area (Amolofoi beaches), situated among deserted downstream vineyards and meadows. Please note that the public parking might cost a very small tax during the high season, with no time limits. On Fridays there is a good farmers’ market in Eleftheroupoli (about 10 km from Nea Iraklitsa), where you can find fresh vegetables, fruits and olive oil. The same market moves to Kavala on Saturdays.
