Perched on a hill overlooking the Souda bay, Villa Saint Antoine is a luxurious residence offering ample ways to relax among the surrounding nature and its numerous facilities. The villa was named after the tiny Saint Anthony’s chapel discovered recently a few meters from the villa’s yard. It is positioned to take advantage of panoramic views of the sea and surrounding mountains while also offering privacy and delivering peace and tranquility. The three-storey 470 sq. m villa is combining a space of high aesthetics and superior quality materials with an architectural concept that intertwines indoor and outdoor areas, we created the ideal canvas for relaxing activities in ultimate connection to the natural environs. - Our guests will have 15% discount for car rental from the rental company owned by the owner of the villa - The services below are also included in the price: - Welcome pack including wine and traditional Cretan treats - Operations Manager daily - Daily housekeeping from 8:00 till 15:00 (except Sunday) and final cleaning - Towel & Linen changes every 2 days - Breakfast preparation service daily (cost of groceries not included) - Shopping delivery at home once a day (cost of groceries not included) - Pool and garden maintenance * Note: All the visits from our stuff members (cleaning, maintenance and maid service schedule) can be flexible and arranged according to your wishes. -Starting January 1, 2024, a new Greek tax was introduced which is called the “Climate Crisis Resilience Charge,” requiring a fee of 10 euros per night from March to October and 4 euros per night from November to February. The amount needs to be paid in cash or by card upon your arrival at the villa.

Villa Saint Antoine is located in Akrotiri peninsula, around 9 km north east of the city of Chania. The surrounding area is a quiet, natural environment ideal for relaxation but also very close to all kinds of supplies shops, restaurants and various services. The closest living area is the village of Kounoupidiana where you can find bakeries, supermarkets and restaurants with traditional Cretan food and it is located only 3 km away. Close to the villa you will find several sandy beaches that you should visit. The most popular ones are Kalathas beach (6 km) and Marathi beach (10 km) which is ideal for families with children. The villa’s location is ideal for one more reason: its 10 minutes proximity to the main national road, thus making excursions around the west and southwest coastline and countryside, that are scattered with breathtaking beaches and picturesque villages, is a very easy thing to do. It is beyond any doubt that our villa combines both unique privacy but also easy access to facilities and places, offering a rare luxury to shape your holidays just the way you like.
