Villa Aviana is located in a quiet neighborhood in Gerani Village, just outside the popular sea town of Platanias where you can go an explore the various shops, beaches and nightlife. Villa Aviana with its modern design, offers 4 relaxing bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. One of them is an openroom The villa's best feature its garden is surrounded by sunbeds and umbrellas where you can soak in the sun after you take a dip to the private pool.Also on the outside offers a BBQ, a jacuzzi and toys for kids. Inside this single level villa you will find the main area. There is a large, bright living room with an HDTV and air condition. Right next to it you will find the dinning area and a dining table. The living room has large windows that access the garden and the pool area. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with all of the required essentials. All 4 of the bedrooms are beautifully designed with a modern aesthetic and are sunny during daytime. The villa also offers 2 bathrooms with shower. The villa also provides its guests with a washer, and and iron and air condition in the openroom and in the master bedroom.

Our villa is situated on the hillside of the North Coast of the Chania region, Gerani village near the famous resort area of Platanias (1 km.) a popular location, offering everything you are going to need on holidays.
