The Phos Residence is situated in a very quiet area of Koundouros in one acre of private land and has a large pool with breathtaking view. Eight guests can be accommodated in three separate rooms with two bathrooms. A double bedroom with a private bath and two triple-bed bedrooms sharing a bathroom are available. A detached spacious and comfortable living room is combined with an efficient kitchen, facing the sea. A magnificent all around view of 225 degrees, from Koundouros bay to Makronisos island, offers an exceptional relaxing experience. Sun filled days and calm nights offer food for the soul.

The Koundouros area offers several sandy or pebbled beaches which are well-organized with tourist facilities and other small and secluded beaches, ideal for enjoying privacy and isolation with deep blue water and the outstanding Cycladic landscape. Around Koundouros few taverns offer local and Mediterranean food but travelling across the island you will discover many attractive places for eating and drinking. Kea Island offers the opportunity for walking or hiking, from the port to the main town and the Stone Lion, to the Monastery of Kastriani or Ancient Karthea. Kea or Tzia is the closest inhabited Cycladic Island of the Aegean Sea in Attica. It is the sixth largest and the 10th most populous island of the Cyclades. Transport to the island by ferry is from Lavrio Port, situated 30 minutes by car from Athens International Airport. The ferry takes one hour and the journey by road from Korissia Port to the villa is approximately thirty minutes by car. There are two good supermarkets near the port and one mini-market in the neighborhood village of Pisses. From Korissia Port in Kea, it will take 30 minutes by car to reach Phos Residence in Koundouros.
