Newly built, two storey house (2005) .All balconies and terrace have view of the sea and mountains. Set on a hillside on the Western Crete with breathtaking view of Aegean Sea. Unique sunrise from panoramic, furnished terrace (85 m2). We offer a luxury Cretan holiday in a modern accommodation in harmonious environment of privacy and tranquillity. Just 5 minutes walk to the beach. Our crystal clear sea and the vast sandy beaches make your holiday a unique enjoyment. Shops, taverns, supermarkets, cafes, other facilities are in the walking distance. Our property is ideal for couples ,families with children and small groups of friends. The flat is modern furnished and provided with all comforts. There is air conditioned bedroom with 1 double bed, a specious living room with sofa beds ,a new fully equipped kitchen corner. There are all kitchen facilities: fridge-freezer, full size oven, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, ceramic topped full cooker, all cooking utensils. Family bathroom with hydro massage bath, shower, solar panel, Wi-Fi. Sliding glass doors to 4 balconies. Linen and towels provided.English speaking house owners to answer all your questions.
My name is Nektarios. I work as an archaeologist and my wife Natalia is a foreign language school owner. We and our children like travelling, reading, gardening and cooking.
