Welcome to our villa in Palio, a delightful coastal village near the town of Kavala in the northern Aegean. It is set in lush green surroundings that combine the fascination of both sea and mountains. It is a family run business with English, Italian, and Greek being spoken. Our apartments sleep five people. There are two sizes of apartments. The larger ones are 70 m2 and have a bedroom, living room, bath room and a kitchen equipped with a fridge, oven, coffee machine and crockery. The smaller are 50 m2 and have an open plan living room and kitchen combined. The apartments have been recently renovated to a high standard. All have airconditioning, sea views and balconies. We provide a service for towels and bed linen. Towels are changed twice a week and the bed linen is changed once a week. The beach of Palio, with its crystal clear water, is 50 m from the house. In front of the house is a bus stop, so you can easily catch a bus to Kavala or visit other villages on the coast. Iraklitsa and Peramos are nearby. There you will find lots of beach bars, restaurants and cafes. Iraklitsa has a busy marina surrounded with traditional tavernas and bars. On the beaches
Luca apartments are located in Palio, a coastal village 12 km from the busy port town of Kavala. There is a regular bus service or buy car it takes only 10 minutes. In Palio itself, you will find a good supermarket, a pharmacy, a butcher and a baker. There also many restaurants and beach-bars. For diving enthusiasts there is a diving school. For the kids, Palio has an adventure playground with a court for football and basketball. In this area is a snack-bar with Greek snacks, ice-cream and drinks.
